Which engagement fits?
01 / ORGANIZATION
I need to prove our intervention.
Causalytics evaluates whether an internal program, care model, access initiative, or operational change produced the intended outcome and attributable value.
02 / BUYER
I need to verify a vendor.
Causalytics tests whether a vendor deployment changed the outcome, how much value is attributable to it, and what the evidence supports about renewal or expansion.
03 / VENDOR
I need credible evidence for our product.
Causalytics develops an evaluation that customers and procurement teams can inspect, including causal identification, full-cost ROI, uncertainty, and limits on the claim.
Evidence-readiness criteria
- A bounded intervention, program, or vendor deployment with an identifiable owner.
- An outcome important enough to influence a program, procurement, renewal, or scaling decision.
- Exposure, adoption, eligibility, timing, or rollout information that can distinguish who received the intervention.
- A plausible baseline, comparison group, phased rollout, discontinuity, or other counterfactual strategy.
- Access to relevant outcome, context, quality, and cost information under appropriate authorization.
- A willingness to accept a supported, limited, or withheld claim based on the evidence.
Scope of an initial engagement
- What decision the evaluation must inform
- How the intervention, eligible population, exposure, and outcome are defined
- What would have happened without the intervention and how that comparison can be estimated
- Which assumptions, diagnostics, and refusal conditions govern the analysis
- Which benefits and full costs belong in the attributable ROI model
- How the result, uncertainty, limitations, lineage, and permitted claim will be recorded
Initial deliverables
- An evidence-readiness assessment
- A Measurement Contract fixing the intervention, outcome, causal diagram, comparison, estimators, refusal conditions, cost model, and claim threshold
- Reproducible causal estimates, diagnostics, sensitivity analysis, and attributable ROI when the evidence supports them
- An Impact Passport carrying the result, uncertainty, limitations, approvals, lineage, and exact permitted claim
When evidence is not yet sufficient, the engagement can establish a prospective capture and rollout plan. A causal or ROI conclusion is issued only after the agreed design has produced sufficient evidence.
Start the conversation
Send a short brief.
Include the intervention or vendor, population, timing, intended outcome, available comparison, data owner, cost inputs, and decision the evaluation must inform. We will use the first conversation to determine whether the work and evidence are bounded enough.
Initial conversations are exploratory. Participation, scope, data handling, and deployment conditions are documented before work begins.
